Areas of support.

A safe space to pause.

Atelier Virtus Mentis was created as a calm, aesthetic and discreet place that supports the process of psychotherapy and psychological recovery.

I believe the environment matters.

Silence, privacy, comfort and an atmosphere of safety help restore contact with yourself and reduce tension.

A strong man can also run out of strength.

Many men learn for years that they should cope on their own: not burden others, not show weakness, not speak too much about fear, sadness or helplessness.

Social stigma means that a mental health crisis is often hidden behind efficient functioning, work, responsibility and the image of someone who “has everything under control”.

Life, however, writes different scenarios. Tension, loneliness, pressure and suppressed emotions can lead to overload, loss of hope and dramatic decisions. Men die by suicide significantly more often, which is why conversation and professional support are not signs of weakness — they are a way of protecting life.

Detal wnętrza MENTIS

Why me?

I work in an attentive, calm and structured way — so that the client feels safe and each meeting has meaning, direction and real value.

I do not impose ready-made solutions or base the work solely on techniques or frameworks. Instead, I help understand what lies behind difficulties, emotions and recurring experiences, and how they affect daily functioning and relationships.

In my work, I care about clear boundaries, a calm pace and communication based on simple, understandable language. I respond attentively to what appears in the therapeutic relationship “here and now”, with respect for each person’s individual pace and readiness.

The most common areas of work.

I do not work with labels. I work with a specific person, their situation, responsibilities and what has begun to truly affect their quality of life.

Calmly, discreetly and without random solutions.

01
Understanding the situation

First, we organise the context, tensions and what truly needs attention.

02
Individual approach

There is no single framework for everyone. The process is tailored to the person and their life.

03
Work toward real change

The goal is greater calm, awareness of reactions and regaining influence over decisions and relationships.

The greatest cost is often not the problem itself. It is living for years with the belief that you have to cope alone.

The first step does not have to mean weakness. Very often, it means regaining agency.
